We want you to love your CremaCam. If something isn't right, here is how we handle it.

Returns (30 days)

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all included stencil cards. To start a return, email us at smallousaurus@gmail.com with your order number. Please do not send anything back before we reply with return instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice, at no extra cost to you.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If it cannot be delivered, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, or approve a claim, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-returnable items

Items that show signs of use, wear or damage caused by the customer cannot be returned.

Cancellations

To cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still return it under this policy.
